MechDes has been developing new and innovative machines for the automotive industry for decades. Cars consist of many separate parts and layers. That requires automation of the assembly. While designing, we take stiffness and stability into account. For example, we ensure that the main spindle is well balanced. We also ensure that the load-bearing tool holder is as flawless as possible. Errors should not be possible when assembling cars. For that reason we design excellent machines.

Our way of working

Kick-off meeting

We invite you to our office in Harderwijk. We go deeper into the initial question to be sure to develop a good product.

CONCEPT ENGINEERING

We combine the knowledge gained from the kick-off meeting and our expertise. We use this to create a first 3D concept. We discuss with you what we are going to build.

BASIC ENGINEERING

We start with engineering on a macro level. We zoom in on the challenges in the project and develop a solid foundation.
